Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and follow ALL the instructions provided.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be reviewed.
- Once your request is reviewed you will receive a detailed email whether your request was either rejected or approved. If approved you will be provided detailed instructions on how to expect after we receive your return.
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days of the date of delivery
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with ALL the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (Sale, Clearance, Half Off and/or where stated on website)
- Lingerie/Intimate Apparel
- Facial Masks
- ALL Jewelry & Accessories (Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Scarves, Hats, Handbags, Belts, Sunglasses, etc.)
- Add On/Personal Care items (ex. candles, glassware, greeting cards, makeup, lotions, perfumes)
- Items damaged not related to our error once package is shipped.
- Items returned past the due date.
- Items stated "Final Sale" in product description.
- Digital/Downloadable Products.
- Boutique Boxes/Goodie Bags/Gift Baskets
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
Unfortunately due to the exclusivity of our pieces we are unable to process exchanges.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable at company discretion)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
Please Keep In Mind We Do Not Cover The Cost Of Return Shipments.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your returned item. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.
